Cancellation with Auto Escape - What you need to know

The hired car broker Auto Escape offers very customer-friendly cancellation options. You have the option of cancelling your hired car until the pick-up date, and you can choose between two options for the refund. On the one hand, you can receive a credit note for the amount of the booking sum that you can redeem with Auto Escape for one year. On the other hand, you can also receive a refund of the booking amount directly, minus a handling fee of 30€. When cancelling a booking, it is important that you take place before the pick-up time on your booking voucher. If it takes place later, you will not receive a refund.
