Located only 12km from Suceava city centre, obtaining a rental car at the airport and driving yourself is the most convenient way to reach your accommodation. The journey typically takes around 20 minutes via the E85 and DN29. Various navigation apps work well in Romania, so feel free to use them for accurate directions.
With various destinations to explore from forests to historical cities, an economy or compact car would be sufficient for most visitors. However, if you're planning to venture off the beaten track, a 4x4 vehicle will serve you well.
