Rental Car Recommendation

While city roads are mostly well maintained, the large speed bumps, 'topes', frequent in and around Cuernavaca call for a vehicle with good ground clearance. An SUV or a hatchback would fit the bill perfectly.

Street parking is allowed unless indicated by a sign. Parking garages, 'Estacionamientos', are safe options for overnight parking. They usually charge per hour, but you can negotiate a flat rate for the whole day.
