Compact or economy class cars are ideal for navigating narrow village lanes. Keep in mind Greek speed limits, usually 50 km/h in urban areas and 80-100 km/h on highways.
There are ample free parking areas in Arkasa. Keep an eye for road signs indicating parking rules. Unlike the UK, double yellow lines are not used in Greece, instead, a white line marks parking spots.
